Anuj Kumar
Co-Founder & CEO of Gambit Cyber
Anuj Kumar is the Co-founder and CEO of Gambit Cyber, he is the architect of KnightGuard, one of the cybersecurity industry’s first AI-agent powered and risk centric Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform. A hands-on product architect and cybersecurity strategist, Anuj brings deep expertise in building security platforms that unify threat intelligence, exposure validation, and automated risk remediation.
Before founding Gambit Cyber, Anuj spent over two decade designing and scaling enterprise SaaS products used by global organisations. Anuj has spent over a decade leading cyber security programs in organisations like FireEye, Mandiant, and Intel471, with a track record of transforming complex cyber workflows into intelligent, autonomous systems.
A recognised voice in AI-driven cyber defence, Anuj writes and speaks extensively on the rise of agentic AI, CTEM adoption, and the shift toward real-time, risk-informed security. Based in the Netherlands, he is widely regarded as part of the new generation of founders redefining how enterprises understand and respond to cyber risk.

Manuj Kumar is the Co-founder & CRO of Gambit Cyber, bringing more than 25 years of global cybersecurity leadership experience across RSA, Symantec, EMC, Cisco, and Wipro. A veteran of enterprise security, Manuj has advised several large enterprise global organisations, government agencies, and large financial institutions on cyber risk, threat resilience, and large-scale transformation programs.
Known for his ability to translate complex security challenges into clear commercial value, Manuj has led go-to-market strategies across multiple regions and countries, helping customers adopt next-generation security architectures and operational models. His experience spans building high-performing teams, forging strategic alliances, and driving enterprise adoption of emerging cybersecurity technologies.
Based in Australia, Manuj plays a pivotal role in positioning Gambit Cyber as a trusted partner for organisations adopting Preemptive, AI-driven and risk centric exposure management. His cross-functional understanding of product, market, and customer needs brings unmatched credibility as Gambit scales globally.
Mikolaj Firlej

I'm an investor, academic, and policy professional in security and defence, specialising in the application of autonomous systems and AI. I completed my D.Phil at Oxford University with a thesis on ‘The Problematisation of Autonomous Weapon Systems’, and have been a deep tech investor since 2016. I co-founded Firlej Kastory, a private investment firm, and launched Expeditions, the leading early-stage investor in the future of European security, in 2021.
I have advised both the UK and Polish governments, working as a security analyst and policy advisor, and was also part of a UN Group of Governmental Experts on the regulation of autonomous weapons. Earlier, I co-founded the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs at Oxford University and have taught at the University of Surrey on AI Law and Regulation. I hold three Master's degrees in addition to my doctorate. In my personal time, I am supporting gifted schoolchildren, particularly from Beskid Mountains.
